At AKOS ACTIVE, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning items and receiving refunds.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

The product must be returned in its original packaging (including the branded pouch or box)

All original tags and labels must be intact

The product must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Only full-priced items are eligible for return

Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-returnable
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item reaches our facility, here’s what happens:

The product is inspected for quality and return eligibility

If approved, a refund is initiated within 5–7 business days

The refund is issued to your original method of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
You will receive an email notification once your return is processed and refund has been initiated.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please do not send back products without confirmation from our team.
5. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, AKOS ACTIVE will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind, size exchange), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order separately.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns for:

Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers

Undergarments or innerwear, due to hygiene reasons

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged
