At AKOS ACTIVE, we understand that sometimes plans change or mistakes happen. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent, giving you flexibility while ensuring smooth order management.


1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — no questions asked!

  • Cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped

  • If your cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method


2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, contact us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation via:

Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation of cancellation and refund initiation.


3. Post-Shipment Cancellations

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, if you no longer wish to keep the item, you may:

4. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations for:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered

  • Orders placed during special sale events or clearance promotions

5. Refund Timeline

If your order is cancelled successfully:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount is refunded via the original mode of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
