At AKOS ACTIVE, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle the delivery of your activewear.


1.  Shipping Charges

We strive to keep our shipping costs fair and transparent:

  • ₹100 shipping fee for all orders below ₹2,499

  • FREE shipping on orders ₹2,499 and above

Shipping charges are clearly mentioned at checkout before you confirm your purchase.


2. Delivery Timeline

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to minimize your wait time:

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, courier availability, and regional serviceability

Please note: Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.


3.  Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email and/or SMS

  • Real-time updates on the shipment status

You can use the provided link to track your parcel directly on the courier partner’s website until it is delivered to your doorstep.


4. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • High order volume during festivals or sales

  • Weather disruptions or natural calamities

  • Courier network delays or service disruptions

  • Remote or non-serviceable delivery areas

In such cases, we will proactively notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp and work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue quickly.


5.  Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your pin code is non-serviceable, we will inform you during the checkout process or before order confirmation.


6.  Packaging and Safety

All AKOS ACTIVE products are packed with care using eco-friendly and tamper-proof packaging to ensure they arrive safely and securely.

We prioritize hygiene and safety throughout the supply chain to maintain the quality of our activewear.


7.  Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Deliveries

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item

  • A damaged product

  • An incomplete order

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
